A big warm welcome to Rose English. Hello Book Lovers

So, we have come to that in-between time of the holidays. The time when you cannot even remember what day it is. Twixmas.

We are beyond excited to be joining the wonderful Toadstools Bookshop in 'The Shambles' Newent Gloucestershire on Saturday 22nd November 2025 for some festive storytime.

 Sessions will be held most Thursday's during the school summer holidays. With four sessions throughout the day starting at 11am, then 12noon, 1pm and finally 2pm. A different story each session which can be adapted to the age of the audience.

As it's our first Comic Con we are a little sure what to expect so we will be bringing our folktale 'Seal Mother A Selkie Tale in Verse' to be sold with the eco-friendly seal. Plus our picture book 'A Christmas Carol with Grandfather Time' and a plush snowperson also eco-friendly.

It was so exciting to be part of the wonderful Easter Storytime Event at Maylord Orchards Shopping Centre in Hereford.

Absolutely overjoyed when I received a wonderful five star review for 'Ruby's Easter Feast'. These little pocketbooks were created for slipping in a pocket or handbag to entertain the young or simply those of us young at heart.

Hello my Book Lover friends, forgive my tardiness at not keeping you all up to date with everything. My mind simply has not been able to focus recently. This is due to mum passing away (peacefully in her sleep) in December 2024. She is so missed. I always used to phone her with my ideas and news.
