Charlotte L Taylor and I had a wonderful time at Lyde Court for Storytime on Thursday 30th October 2025. We simply cannot believe how busy it was.
We had a shaky start, being relegated to a tiny space out of sight and freezing cold to begin with. It felt as if we were banished to make way for Lego Play which took prime spot upon the stage. Once play commenced it was like Armageddon and so very noisy I did not think we would be heard during our storytime sessions.
Thankfully it all turned out good in the end. Plus it was exciting doing mini activities with the children after each session. There were some fabulous Halloween Cards created.
